Shipping

Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding custom orders. If for any reason the shipping time is longer, I will contact you via email.  If you need an item more urgently, please contact me and I will try to accommodate you.

 

Free Shipping on all domestic purchases!

All orders under $300 are shipped USPS First Class with full insurance and tracking for free. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

All orders over $300 are shipped USPS Priority Mail with full insurance, tracking and signature delivery confirmation for free.  If you are unable to sign for your package upon delivery, you have the option to collect and sign for your package at your local post office. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

All purchases made within North Carolina are subject to a 6.75% sales tax

 

International Shipments

All international shipments will be sent by either an USPS International Carrier or UPS.

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties or taxes imposed on their shipment. Please be aware of your countries tax and duties fees prior to purchasing.

Return and Exchange

I want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied for any reason with your order I do accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of you receiving the item. Please email or phone me if you need to return a purchase. Once I have received the returned item in a satisfactory condition, you will be reimbursed the purchase price or an exchange can be made.

 

Lost Earring Replacements

I include 5 pairs of synthetic ear nuts with all purchases of earring designs that have long ear wires. If you need more ear nuts please contact me and i will be happy to send you more.

For an earring replacement please contact me with the earring name or a photograph of the remaining earring so that I can then send you a quote. Replacement quotes are based on 1/2 the current price of the earring design, plus 20% service fee.  I will require that you mail the remaining earring to me, so that an exact copy can be made to match.
